Beijing Key Laboratory of Multimodal Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment for Osteoarticular Injuries and Diseases

Led by Professor Yu Jiakuo, Director of the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center at Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital, Beijing Key Laboratory of Multimodal Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment for Osteoarticular Injuries and Diseases aims to deeply integrate artificial intelligence, medical imaging, biomechanics, and clinical data to address common osteoarticular injuries and diseases such as osteoarthritis and sports injuries. Its goal is to construct a smart diagnosis and treatment system covering the entire chain of "early screening, precise diagnosis, personalized treatment, and prognostic evaluation."

The core objective of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Multimodal Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment for Osteoarticular Injuries and Diseases is to leverage multi-modal data-driven approaches to develop proprietary intelligent assistant diagnostic tools, surgical planning systems, and therapeutic outcome prediction models, ultimately elevating the overall diagnosis and treatment standards for osteoarticular injuries and diseases, while fostering the formulation of relevant technical standards and clinical pathways.
