Medical Microbiology Core Facility
Established in 2022, Medical Microbiology Core Facility is a college-level experimental platform, which is based on the construction and management of basic medical colleges and is located in Tsinghua University Renhuan Building. The medical microbiology platform serves the research related to microbiology, and its technical features are the secondary experimental operation and training of biosafety and the technical support of anaerobic microorganisms. The service target is users inside and outside the school. The core equipment of the platform includes Bigfoot ultra-high-speed flow cytometer, high-resolution dual-turntable confocal imaging microscope, 10 X Qualcomm single cell database building decoding system, EVOS M7000 3D digital confocal living cell imaging analysis system, Leica DMi6000B living cell workstation, anaerobic workstation, Olympus IX83 fully electric inverted fluorescence microscopic imaging system (anaerobic environment), Olympus IX83 fully electric inverted fluorescence microscopic imaging system (aerobic environment), Tecan Spark multifunctional anaerobic enzyme marker, Bio-Rad ChemiDoc gel imager, Quantstudio 3 real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument, Thermo3951 large-scale CO2 incubator, etc.
