Core facility of Institute for Immunology
Established in 2014, Core facility of Institute for Immunology is a college-level experimental platform managed by the School of Basic Medical Sciences and the Institute for Immunology Tsinghua University, and located in rooms D324, E233, and E226 of the Cheng Yu Tung Medical Building at Tsinghua University.The Immunology Platform provides large experimental equipment and various services related to immunology.
The platform is constructed by five major sections: flow cytometry sorting units, flow cytometry analysis units, optical microscopy units, high-dimensional multi-omics units, and other shared instrument units. The combined application of flow cytometry, single-cell analysis, microscopic imaging, multi-factor detection, and digital PCR enables an integrated service system for immunological experiment. Specialized services include: ① Blood/tissue sample preparation + flow cytometry sorting + single-cell sequencing analysis; ② Sample preparation + mass cytometry analysis; ③ Sample preparation + spectral flow cytometry analysis and sorting; ④ Tissue clearing + large tissue light-sheet microscopic imaging analysis. The services are open to the entire society.
