1、Objectives

We aim to build a fair and just evaluation ecosystem to promote academic exchanges. The doctoral dissertation evaluation system combined with a variety of evaluation methods is adopted to encourage the innovation of academic doctoral dissertation and foster high-risk but subversive exploratory research and doctoral dissertation work, to further improve the quality of doctoral education.

2、Methods

A new evaluation model of the doctoral dissertation is adopted, which combines anonymous and public evaluation methods. That is, when submitting for review, the review experts voluntarily choose to be anonymous or open. If they choose to disclose, their evaluation opinions will be disclosed along with their names and other information.

Note: the opinions of the public reviewers will be included in the dissertation. At the same time, they will be invited as the doctoral graduation defense expert judge.
