先后于首都医科大学和德国海德堡大学获得眼科学博士学位,并曾在英国伦敦大学学院及 Moorfields Eye Hospital 接受青光眼方向的临床与科研培训,在美国 Devers Eye Institute 从事眼科学研究工作。在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院接受系统临床培训,现任职于清华大学及北京清华长庚医院眼科中心(执业),主要从事眼科临床工作及临床相关科研与转化研究。

· 青光眼及高度近视的结构形态学、生物力学及早期诊断干预

· 近视防控与治疗的循证医学研究及临床转化

· 人群眼病流行病学、影像大数据分析与群体视觉健康研究

· 眼科人工智能模型开发、临床验证与真实世界转化应用

以第一/通讯作者发表SCI同行评议论文100余篇,H-index 92。参与到多项国际著名的大型研究,包括全球疾病负担研究、CREAM研究等。作为主要参与人获得国家科技进步奖、华夏医学奖、高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖,2021年被选为亚太眼科教授协会(AAPPO)Fellow, 2023年、2024 年入选全球2%顶尖科学家,2025年入选全球2%顶尖科学家终身影响力榜单,2023年 及 2025 年被选为亚太地区前100名眼科医生,2024年被选为全球青光眼顶级研究学会—Glaucoma Research Society (GRS)成员。2025 年入选国际眼科科学院(AOI)院士。
