Call for Papers
The theme of BEIHAI Summit 2025 is Bridging Innovation and Clinical Practice for Healthier Populations. The Meeting Committee is seeking high-quality abstract submissions of original research results in medical AI, emphasizing translational impact for global health.
Topics of Interest include, but are not limited to:
1. AI for Clinical Practice
Diagnostics, treatment planning, and workflow optimization.
Real-world implementation challenges.
2. Ethics & Governance
Bias mitigation, algorithmic fairness, and regulatory compliance.

Abstracts
Deadline: Sept 30, 2025
Format: Abstracts are limited to 2,500 characters and spaces for the title, abstract body, and image caption(s). They must be submitted electronically in searchable PDF format using the provided MS Word templates.
Review Process: The submissions will be evaluated by on average three external reviewers. At the time of paper acceptance, we will notify authors with respect to preparing the poster.
Abstracts Submission Guidelines
Abstract submission can be structured with the following body parts:
Purpose
The stated purpose should be concise, including briefly summarizing the area and the knowledge gap and giving a concise goal of the study. Avoid a lengthy discussion regarding background. Acronyms or abbreviations must be defined.
Methods
Methods should include clear, succinct descriptions of what was done, or experiments performed and the controls for experimental conditions.
Results
Results should be quantitative data with proper statistical information such as the standard deviation (SD), mean (SEM) standard error, and n- and p-values. Figures or tables can be included.
Conclusions
A concise conclusion should be provided based on the evidence presented in the Results section. Do not overstate the results. The Conclusions should address the question in the Purpose section.
Meals and accommodation will be provided on October 23–24 for selected participants.
(Accommodation will be provided for presenters from outside Beijing. Presenters based in Beijing will receive lunch during the event.)
