The research and development of vaccines and therapeutic antibodies; the molecular mechanisms for B cell receptor diversification. Current research interests include exploring the immune response triggered by viral infections using humanized mouse models, studying and reshaping the co-evolutionary process between high-mutation RNA viruses and the host immune system, thereby developing innovative vaccines and broadly neutralizing antibodies. We are also interested in the molecular mechanisms of B cell receptor diversification and the potential role of non-coding RNA involved.
