Cultivating Goals

Our training aim is to create “outstanding physician scientists” who are future medical leaders with the new connotation of the trinity of "good doctors, scholars and leaders". Firstly, they are “good doctors” with a sense of responsibility to the society and good medical ethics, generous humanities foundation, and systematic clinical knowledge and skills. Secondly, scholars who can find scientific research problems and have creativity in clinical practice. Thirdly, cultivate leaders with strategic idea and good cooperation.
