Every year, the school conducts mid-term assessment on work progress, ability level and comprehensive qualities of post-docs who have been in the station for about one year. Post-docs who enter the station in the first half of the year generally participate in the mid-term assessment in April of the next year, and post-docs who enter the station in the second half of the year generally participate in the mid-term assessment in October of the next year. The postdoctoral work leading group of the school will assess the post-doctors who participate in the assessment, and the assessment results will be reported to the University's Doctoral Management Office.
