致力诊疗一体化精准分子影像研究,实现产业转化

​ 张辉博士本科毕业于中国科学技术大学,之后在清华大学获得硕士和博士学位。2008年至2010年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校Crump分子影像研究所担任访问学者。 张辉博士的主要研究集中在PET和CT成像领域,承担并完成了包括973子课题、国家自然科学基金、清华大学基础研究基金等多项基金项目,发表SCI和EI收录论文30余篇。在美期间领导研制的小动物PET成像设备已经在美国上市销售。为国内大型医疗装备企业主持研制过包括数字化X线探测器、大C血管造影系统、多排螺旋CT和飞行时间PET/CT等多套医学成像设备及核心部件。

通过医工交叉与产学研医合作,以临床需求驱动国产PET/CT技术自主创新

张辉博士的科研重点是以PET和CT成像为代表的诊断成像和治疗成像技术,包括医学成像物理机制、影像链路和核心部件、成像算法等。同时,研究团队致力于推动分子影像与机器人手术、深度学习技术的结合,推动诊疗一体化的精准分子影像临床应用。

PET/CT是目前最先进的临床影像学设备之一,在肿瘤、中枢神经及心血管系统等重大疾病的临床诊治路径中发挥着不可或缺的作用。张辉研究员与北京协和医院核医学科合作,自2011年开始致力于国产高端PET/CT的研发与产业化,通过医工交叉与产学研医合作,以临床需求驱动国产PET/CT自主创新。所研发的飞行时间PET/CT产品在性能指标和临床图像质量方面均已达到或超越国际主流产品水平,首创的自由呼吸成像和无源质控等技术亦成为业界的引领性技术。目前已经获得两张NMPA医疗器械产品注册证和一张CE证书,入选第五批“优秀国产医疗设备”产品目录,并获得科技部十三五数字诊疗专项国产高端医疗设备应用示范项目支持。同时,研发的下一代PET/CT产品性能指标再次达到国际领先水平,并获得科技部十三五数字诊疗专项PET核心器件研发项目支持,在SiPM核心器件和读出电路ASIC芯片方面实现国产化,真正实现从整机到核心器件的自主可控。截至目前所研制的PET/CT产品已经在北京协和医院、北京友谊医院等各级医疗机构实现装机近20台,累计完成临床患者扫描超过5万例,得到了行业专家和医疗机构的广泛认可。
