Steps required

1. contact department, teacher; take part in interview (prepare National appraisal opinion form, apply on Nationwide Doctoral Management Department website and prepare the form); Physical Examination

2. Prepare materials according to the form and hand them in to the department

3. Receive notice and prepare enrollment materials (Refer to enrollment process)(Normally before the 15^thof next month)

1. Confirm Recruitment intention, cooperation project and direction

2. Hand in expenditure to finance partition and give feedback form to department

3. Sign contract with Doctoral Management Department

1. Interview and conduct physical examination, the interview form should be handed in to the Doctoral Management Department

2. Check physical examination results and information on the website and hand them in.

3. Hand in the payment voucher， sign recruitment contract, check the photos of the paper and electronic form and hand them in to the Doctoral Management Department (every 20^th-25^th of each month)

4. Pick up enrollment materials

2. Check the information online according to the interview list(every 1^st-20^th of each month)

3. Check the online information and paper information, submit to the Doctoral Management Department after approval

4. Retrieve and maintain data

5. Prepare and issue employment notice, employment contract, resume, and make work card (1-2 day)

6. Send data to other departments

The deployment section of personnel Department receives the physical examination results and inputs them into the system

The housing Management Department, international Department, Archives Department, Finance Department and other departments shall handle relevant affairs according to the data of the proposed station provided by the Doctoral Management Department
