Lin lab is focused on basic biology and clinical application of immune system and cancer. The major research projects are to determine the molecular mechanism by which NF-kB is activated by various signaling pathways, and to investigate the mechanism by which NF-kB is linked to T lymphocytes activation, inflammation and its contribution to the malignancy of various cancers, developing technology platforms for cancer immunotherapy.
