Tsinghua University (Schoolof Medicine)-Beijing Lu Daopei Institute of Hematology Co., Ltd. Hematology Oncology Joint Research Center was jointly established in October 2018 by Tsinghua University School of Medicine and Beijing Lu Daopei Research Institute Co., Ltd., aiming to adopt "basic research" and "clinical research". The joint research model combining practice" focuses on the research on the pathogenesis and anti-recurrence treatment methods of refractory leukemia and treatment, multiple myeloma, malignant lymphoma and other hematological tumors. The two parties have carried out various cooperative research in pathology and medical examinations and clinical treatment of hematological tumors, focusing on the research on the pathogenesis and treatment methods of refractory and recurrent hematological tumors, realizing the two-way transformation of basic research and clinical research.

In the first phase of the three-year cooperation, the two parties carried out research projects centered on innovative STAR-T cell therapy based on clinical issues. There are a number of innovative research projects in progress and submissions, and some of the results have been submitted for patent applications. The research center has carried out a number of clinical trials to propose new ideas and new methods for detection and treatment of relapsed and refractory hematological tumors.
