研究领域与方向

我从事“微组织工程”这一独特和新兴的研究领域。微组织工程集成了传统组织工程、生物材料和微加工技术构建仿生微尺度三维组织或微环境。微组织工程为细胞/组织工程、再生医学、药物筛选和病理研究提供了创新有效的工具和解决方案,。我们在一个高度跨学科和创新驱动的领域进行研究,为具有创造性和雄心的研究者提供了无限的可能和机会。我们的一些科研梦想包括构建功能性肝/心脏/软骨组织;实现更好的再生疗法以治愈心脑血管/肝脏疾病;发现抗纤维化化合物实现治疗肝脏/心脏疾病。

1. 开发和应用基于可注射微组织的新型再生疗法,以提高缺血性和纤维化疾病的疗效和安全性;

2. 建立体外微组织阵列生理/病理模型进行高通量肝/癌症/纤维化细胞为基础的药物筛选和病理机理研究;

3. 基于微组织工程实现干细胞的高效肝脏分化
